Was working fine, stopped, put e-brake on, when I released the e-brake it acts like the brakes are still on. Not on full, I can move it forward and backward, but still has some brake resistance. 4x6 with dump bed. Any ideas for a cause.

Applying the E-brake or pedal brake does make it brake harder, but it is like they never completely release.
