After an 80km ride in rough terrain I checked for loose components, and I found the radiator to be very loose, rattling around approx. 1/4 inch. I don't think that is normal, a car radiator doesn't move around.
Looking at the bracket it looked like is was installed upside down, can you check your 825i to see if the rad is also loose. For now I reversed it and it is not rattling.
