I have a 2013 825I that I bought new. It has 50 hrs on it now and has had 3 clutches counting the original. My dealer replaced the original clutch at 40 hrs. because it was getting hard to shift and jumping out of gear. I took it back to them last month after about 8 hrs use because of clutch noise especially when cold. They kept it about a week and claim to have put both front and rear clutches in it. Still noisy. I call it a loud chinking sound, mostly at idle. It also seems to diminish quite a bit after getting up to operating temp. It works just fine, but now that its out of warranty I'm just wandering if it may be an issue that I'll end up paying for out of pocket in the near future. The dealer seems to think that this may just be normal for the new clutches. Sorry for such a long story, but has anybody else had this experience with a new clutch? Thanks
