Spare Tire Mounting System

Hello Gator Owners,
I thought I would post the results of my search for a Spare Tire Mounting system for my 825i Gator Cargo Box. My spare tires will be mounted as shown in the photo whenever I travel off my property.
Even with both spare tires mounted in this way, I still have plenty of room remaining in my cargo box to pack and store hunting and/or camping equipment.
While working on my property, the spare tires can be removed from the cargo box very quickly by just by removing the Hex Bolts screwed into the UTV Master Block as mentioned and shown in the description below .
As shown in the photo, these are the items I used to create a Spare Tire Tie Down System (for my two spare tires):
(1) Two UTV Master Blocks (Allriteproducts.com). One Master Block for each spare tire.
(2) Two Full Thread Hex Bolts - one is 3/8" x 4" long for the front spare tire and the other is 3/8" x 4-1/2" long for the rear spare tire and 4 washers of the correct size for the Hex Bolts (any hardware store). These bolts screw into the Master Blocks.
(3) Two U-Bolt Bars 3/8" wide x 4" long. These bars have holes on each end that are the same distance in inches as the two rim holes needed for securing the spare tire to the Master Block (any hardware store). One U-Bolt Bar for each spare tire.
(4) Two Full Threaded Hex Bolts - 3/8" x 2" long with correct sized washers and nuts to secure one bar end to one hole in the rim of the spare tire (Any hardware store). One hex bolt for each spare tire.
(5) Four U-Bolts 1/4" (stem thickness) x 1-1/4" (spacing between the U-Bolt stems) x 2-1/4" (length of the stems). Also correct size regular washers or locking washers and regular nuts or locking nuts for the 1/4" U-Bolts (Amazon.com). Two U-Bolts for each Master Block.
(6) Gorilla Black Duct Tape (3" wide). I used the Gorilla Tape to wrap around the Cargo Box rail to protect the rail from any possible scratches when mounting and securing the Master Block. (Any hardware store).
(7) Winged nuts can be substituted for the regular nuts. They may make it easier to Tighten down and unscrew the hex bolts.

I drove my Gator to test out my clamp system and it was still holding tight when I returned home. To remove each spare tire all you need to do is remove the main hex bolt. If you see any faults in my setup please post your comments and let me know.
Thanks for looking,
FredSG
