2005 6x4 TH front spindle (wheel) screw

My parts manual says part: "19M7793" and remarks: "M16 X 40".
I am sure it is metric.

Just too small for a 15/16 but much bigger than 19mm.

Anyone know what size socket or wrench I need for this bolt head?
