vapor lock ????? OR ????

I live and work in South Florida and it is hot.... everyday except the days
that are REALLY HOT
we have 5 ... 2012 4x2 GATOR CS models

and 5 ....2012 4x2 GATOR TS models

BOTH MODELS ////// ALL 10 VEHICLES !!!!!!!! WILL at least once or twice a day will stall ....after running 3/4 to full speed for 3-4 minutes then slow / idle ...... for 2-3 minutes
New Clean fuel filter is empty
CRANK CRANK CRANK AND NOTHING !!!!!!!


pour a few ounces of water on FUEL filter / pump gas condensates
Wait 15 seconds turn the key
ZOOOOM and away you go
can not leave garage without at least 1/4 bottle of water or some other fluids

I've replaced the fuel pump .......... NG
I've replaced and re routed fuel line and filter ...... NG
AND I'VE EVEN DRILLED 2 TWO INCH HOLES IN ONE
under passenger seat to increase air flow to try and cool area
( engine compartment )
I've EVEN drilled two 1/4 inch holes in the bed right above FUEL pump and filter ......pour some water.... it works the best
laugh if you want..... I do every time !!!!!!!!!!
BUT I don't even have to lift the bed....
please any advice will help.....
I'VE GIVEN UP WITH THE DEALER ...... vacuum hose /
/ hose to transmission / collapsed interior of fuel hose / fuel hole vent
2 years 20 reasons only repair........bottled water
